Refund Policy

If Petiscope items don't meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return them, provided they are in new condition and in their original packaging. To return an item, please follow these steps:

Steps to Return

  1. Email us at hello@petiscope.co, including your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Prepare the return package by carefully packing the product(s) in their original packaging and box. Include the purchase invoice or delivery slip. To be eligible for a return, the products must not have been used.
  3. We will send you a free prepaid shipping label to attach to the package.
  4. Keep the proof of shipment as evidence in case of disputes or loss by the postal service.
  5. You will be notified by email once we receive your return package. We will then refund the returned products to your bank account within 7 business days. Alternatively, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.
